Introducing Our First Ever Actors Headshot Day!

Whether you're applying to drama school, seeking representation, preparing for auditions, or simply want a professional image for programmes and social media, a great headshot is an essential tool for any actor.

We know that professional headshots can be expensive, and opportunities to get them locally are often limited. That's why we've created something a little different, an affordable, social, and enjoyable way for performers across Lincolnshire to refresh their portfolio.

Welcome to the Actors Headshot Day hosted by the Louth Playgoers!

Rather than a traditional one-to-one photoshoot, this event is designed as a shared experience. We'll be running two three-hour sessions (9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm), each with a maximum of 10 participants. Throughout the session, actors will rotate in and out with the photographer.

You'll have the opportunity to change outfits and looks during the session (we recommend up to three different looks), allowing you to capture a range of images that showcase your versatility. A member of our team will oversee the session to ensure everyone receives a fair amount of time in front of the camera.

We're delighted to welcome professional photographer Gary Anderson, who is well known to many at the Louth Riverhead Theatre. Gary has photographed our recent pantomime casts, promotional shoots, and numerous productions, and has extensive experience capturing performers at their best.

After the event, Gary will provide access to 6 selected edited photos via an online link.

All this for just £50.

Professional headshots, multiple looks, a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, and the chance to meet fellow actors from across the region, all at a fraction of the usual cost.
